Here is how I think it works - NOTEIn the last 3 months, I had fantastic awakenings and realizations related with raw food! It's all pretty logical but I never realized this before... As I was staying with various people during my 3 months California 2011 trip and preparing raw food dishes together, doing green juices and other delicious dishes, I started feeling a space of bliss, love and joy opening up between these friends and me. This was a gradual opening, not instant! In one case it happened after 2 weeks of green juicing and other energy work together. In another case it was after ecstatic dance sessions and preparing energy mixes, spirulina smoothies and more for 10 days... What strikes me is the solidity and continuity of these experiences. It is really like entering into a meditative or trance bliss state together and letting the energy space progressively expand as our vibration gets refined through raw eating. I did experience this type of opening before in spiritual retreat situations. It's the first time that I experience this multiple times with so much clarity related with eating raw. I love it and I realize how powerful this is! I realize that eating raw did have a synchronistic impact between us. It's like tuning in our energies! More to come! To be followed! Bliss! Bliss! Bliss! Tuesday, November 22, 2011Bliss pouring in! Spirulina, greens, energy mixes, smoothies - NOTE
High energy level and bliss still on. It has a been now a few weeks since I launched the new raw food experiments. Since then, I did cut of lour consumption and added superfoods, like spirulina, goji berries, maca and now a vitamineral green supplement which is made of various greens, algae of various types and some other ingredients. I had little to no flour consumption now for a few weeks and have been training daily 1 up to 2 hours a day with morning yoga, job and bike in the evenings, exercises, stretches, etc. I am not pushing too much my body right now. This is not an intensity training period. I take cold showers. Get enough sleep. Do energy exercise breaks throughout the day. My weight is low and optimized and meal sizes are very moderate. So, here are some conclusions. In terms of body feeling and energetic impression, I am close to the highest I have ever felt. I feel my mind super alert and take great pleasure in any form of physical exercise. I feel I am as high as 18 months ago when I engaged in intensity training but feel now that this high energy state is reaches with much less effort. In the intensity training period, I was training 2 to 4 hours daily for 30 days to see if raw food was sustainable with high exercise regime. yes, it worked. The experiment right now is:
The green juices were there till about 3 weeks ago but haven't been juicing recently because the locations I visited were not equipped.
Still, the power boost is still there.
Right now, for superfoods, I only have the green mineral powder I described earlier. Did run out of maca and gojis some days ago.
I have lemon juice and fresh ginger that I use as well in most of my meals.
So, what's going on?
No flour seems to have a positive energetic impact!
I feel higher vibration right now.
I would have to double test this.
Another element that is powerful is no overeating.
I knew that of course but it's one of the keys to the energy boost I feel right now.
Another key element in triggering these high energy states is exercise and movement.
I just come back from a light job with some stretches outdoor, fresh air for about an hour.
Something else is that the high doesn't seems to depend on other superfoods I used previously like maca, mesquite or gojis.
Something else which is essential is that whatever superfoods I added to my diet, fresh products still represent 95% of what I eat.
I had 4 bananas in 2 days, oranges, spinach, herbs, avocado, etc.
The superfoods I am adding don't replace the fresh fruits and vegetables I had before, they replace the flour I used before.
I still used soaked nuts and seeds but in moderate amounts. Some oils too like olive oild and sesame seeds oils but again in moderate amounts.
So, I believe that I am experiencing a significant powerful breakthrough in the last few weeks!
This level of optimization with such easiness goes far beyond anything I experienced before!

Saturday, November 5, 2011High energy levels - spirulina - superfoods - juicing - flour or no flour - what exactly creates that high? - NOTE
To get extra carbs, one of the things I have been using for a long time is flour. Now, because of various influences, I decided to try flour free for a while and using all sorts of super food in powder instead. It works great so far. The volumes of food I eat are way less, and my energy level is pretty high. So, it seems to be working. I still face 2 challenges with that. the first one is I am not sure if my muscle volume is not melting a bit... It's a slight possible impression I am not too sure off yet. my guess is that probably not. I do feel that I am overall eating higher quality nutrition with that food, so, overall, I take less volumes in because my body saturates with what I needs faster. another challenge I am not sure off is my strength. same story here... as I write these words, I realize it's probably not an issue. superfoods, I used so far? maca, spirulina, goji berries, cacao, etc. this strategy was combined with juicing. together, my level of energy and body optimization felt really higher. Overall though my body feels clearer and higher energy wise with these superfoods and juicing strategies than before, when I was having a higher flour intake.
So I like this new strategy. I feel it is sustainable, healthy and energizing. I love it! More!!!
Maybe it is a combination of all these factors or maybe one of these core factors is the EXACT strategy that creates the change.When you enter in the fine tuning process, this type of choices can make a radical difference in the way your body and your energy level feel. the way I test it is by going in and out of the strategy a few times. with flour, without, with, without. The experience of my energy level and the feeling I get from eating that way is the core indicator that tells me if the strategy is working or not. Another indicator has to do with the feedback I get from people and what I read or hear. For instance, many people don't like the idea of eating wheat because of the gluten. So far it has been fine for me but this is why I want to test being wheat free for a while... To see if it actually makes a difference. I want to test as well what exactly boosts my energy in that case... Is it:
This is what I need to find identify EXACTLY. Why is it that important? It is because the tactic needs to be precise and it must be right. Assumptions are not enough. I need clear facts and and clear tactics. In that case I do have enough training in observing the way my body feels. This means that slight changes in my diet impact on the way I feel in very precise ways. That's what I am trying to measure using my internal feeling scale. So, in the next few days or even weeks, I will get a stronger and clearer answer about the exact factor(s) that boost my energy level. For the last few weeks, my internal vibration has been on a high. I haven't trained intensely but I do feel bright and internally energized. So, again, I need to identify exactly where this feeling comes from... Here are again the possible factors I see:

Careful with that one. When you shift to raw food, you might overdo the nuts and seeds. There are simply so many good recipes that use almonds or sunflower seeds for instance, you might end up using a lot of them. This can have a negative impact. In my experience, I can use about a small handful of soaked nuts and seeds / day. More than that? I feel that my body saturates... Raw gourmet? or simple raw meals? - NOTE
You can prepare raw meals in many different ways... You have the gourmet recipes which are often pretty complex or you have the very simple recipee like smoothies, superfood mixes and salads that take just 5 min to prepare. I have little experience with gourmet raw recipes. I make some fruit pies and when someone prepares a raw taco for instance for me, I am filled with delightful tastes! I love it. Now, most people will need quicker recipes for every day life. This is where the idea of simplifying recipes a lot comes in!!! Both gourmet and simple are good! For me they both work. It simply depends on how much time and energy you can invest in preparing your dishes. They are both wins!!! Dehydration? Crackers? Do they work for me? Yes! but.... - NOTE
Flavors are good and they are an excellent support when you make pastes - You can use them for raw pizza like dishes and for snacks. Now, I am convinced that these options are way healthier than bread. However, I don't get the same energetic feeling from them as I get from fresh fruits or fresh energy or superfood mixes. I do believe that the heating process involved in dehydration does impact on the nutritional value of the food. That's just an intuitive impression. I have no proof. Just a feeling... It doesn't mean of course that crackers and other dehydrated products are bad. On the contrary! I feel they are still super good, but while a green juice will score at 90% in terms of nutritional value, a cracker will be only at 50% while white bread is at 10% Maca and spirulina! Strong taste! Ideas? - NOTE
Spirulina and maca have both a very strong taste. In the past I used as well hemp protein which I think has quite strong taste too. What I mean by that is that if you ad one big table spoon of each to the mix, the taste is so strong and maybe bitter, it's difficult to eat. the natural solution I went for is to still use these ingredients but in smaller quantities. I ad as well lemon juice on top of the mix + grapes + bananas + berries which creates a whole new set of flavors. this combination of superfood mix with fruit works well for me. A small bowl, 3 big table spoons of superfood mix together with these berries creates a small lunch meal that is super filling and gives me enough energy for 3-5 hours. Powerful! So, what about the taste? Looking for some new ideas there... Is there an ingredient or spice that I can ad to maca, spirulina or hemp protein that creates a new range of yummy flavors? ideas? It works for me but for other More superfoods - less starch - NOTE
as soon as I started creating these superfood mixes, the need for whole flour naturally disappeared... And the super food feel better and they probably have not only a carb content that compensates for the carbs in the flour, they bring in a whole new set of micronutrients. The conclusion is that in a just a week of doing that, my energy feeling is higher than with the flour mixes. superfood mix scores higher than whole flour mix. Why would juicing be more powerful that eating the whole fruit or vegetable? Is there a higher concentration of enzymes, vitamins and other micronutrients in the juice than in the whole fruit or vegetable? Are these micronutrients more easily assimilated by the body when they are in the juice than when they are in the the whole produce or the fiber? What's the exact difference? seems like a concentration of life force flowing through my system again!
In other terms, it's again the juicing process that concentrates the nutritional value, the enzymes, the micronutrients in the liquid I drink.
If I was mixing that juice with raw flour or bananas, I would dissolve the nutritional value and create a smoothie which is less concentrated than what I am having now!!
The same if i was adding water like I do with smoothies.
It would dilute the nutritional value and basically I would need to drink twice as much to get the same amount of vitamins and enzymes!
It's all super logical, right?
Super food mix for lunch - NOTE
The super food energy mix for lunch has a powerful energetic impact! I feel high!! super high! I had this mix about an hour ago and I don't enter in digestive mode! On the contrary!
