Raw cherry pie + cacao - RECIPE - TIP

A gorgeous way to go raw and create incredible desserts guilt free!

  • Crust: Dates + Nuts + Salt + Vanilla extract + Coco nibs + Almonds + Macadamia nuts + Cashews

  • First layer filling: Soaked dates + Vanilla + Salt + Raw cacao powder
-------------------------------
  • Filling: Fruits (cherries or other if you can't get them)
-------------------------------

REFRIGERATE THESE 3 FIRST LAYERS FOR 2 HOURS

  • Topping = raw chocolate sauce = cacao powder + agave nectar + water (thin enough to pour)
ADD TOPING JUST BEFORE SERVING

  • Garnish: coconut flakes - raw cacao nibs

MELTED COCONUT OIL OR BUTTER TO BE ADDED TO CRUST AND FIRST LAYER FILLING?

COCONUT BUTTER OR OIL GET HARD WHEN REFRIGERATED AGAIN
