How can you experience Chi? - TIP

You are experiencing it EVERY day! Every second! All the time!

Chi IS life force! It is Shakti!

The moment you are born, life force flows through you. That's what keeps you alive. That's CHI!

Life is magical by itself. We simply forget how magical it is because we get USED to being alive.

We get used to a certain flow of Chi or life force in our system.

What most people want to experience is an ACCELERATION or INTENSIFICATION of that life force.

Well, in fact you can raise your Chi but in my experience, it is often not as spectacular as we think it is.

You will often experience it as a gradual process while your energy level keeps rising over a certain period of time.

If you practice hatha yoga regularly, you will for instance feel your vibration increasing over a certain period of time.

It could take 2 to 3 months.

During these intense practice periods, you feel your being gently sliding towards a state of bliss or mystical trance.

You feel an inner space opening up.

That's due to the increase of Chi.

Chis is the energy in your body.

Chi is what flows through your meridians or nadis.

So, when you practice yoga, you open up these channels and train your body to be able to channel more energy.

This is a VERY vast topic and what I am sharing here is only a tiny fraction of what you can experience.

You can trigger more spectacular or explosive Chi flow through very simple techniques.
