Now for I think 3 weeks in the light smoothies strategy - this means that my calories intake in the morning is only 1/3 of what it was before.
The question is energy gap.
I am trying to see if when there is a slight energy gap related with less calories intake (less carbs especially), my energy body reacts and finds a way of compensating for that gap.
It's like entering in survival or crisis mode which triggers the tapping in new energy sources.
That's the thing i want to test.
If there are new channels of energy opening up that were not activated before.
The moment calories are lowered does it trigger the opening of these new energy channels.
That's what I want to test in the next couple of weeks.
