Have been exploring with new vegetables energy mixes.

The energy mixes I used before were more fruit and nuts based with shredded coconuts and other seeds.

the vegetable energy mixes I tried contain for instance:
  • kale
  • spinach
  • carrot
  • ginger 
  • lemon
  • olive oil
  • a healthy mix of herbs, spirulina, etc (home made at the coop shop in SF)
  • salt
I put all that in the food processor and it creates a refreshing paste.

Can be used as salad dish by itself or on some raw crackers if you like that for instance.
